School Lunches

On-Line Ordering

All menu details and ordering are done through Parent Pay: https://www.parentpay.com/

Please login and follow the guidance on 'How to order meals for your child' under the 'Help' section.  School lunches must be ordered by midweek for the following week.  For example, school lunch orders must be placed by Thursday for the following Monday.  Our cook-on-site hot meals service is supplied by Edwards and Ward.

If you are not registered with ParentPay, please contact the school office for a ParentPay activation code.  You will need to verify your email address and mobile phone number.

Free School Meals

All children in Reception, Y1 & Y2 are eligible for a FREE SCHOOL MEAL every day.

If your child is in Yr 3, 4, 5 or 6 and is eligible for Free School Meals, your child will also be eligible for 'Pupil Premium' money which can be used by us to benefit your child whilst they are with us.  For more information about Free School Meals, eligibility, and the application process, please follow the link: https://www.swindon.gov.uk/info/20032/schools_and_education/408/free_school_meals

If your child is in Reception, Yr 1 or 2, and you think you may have been eligible for Free School Meals without the government initiative which gives free school meals to all children in those years, please still do apply.

Packed Lunches

**Please no nuts or peanuts as we have children attending with severe nut/peanut allergies**

Children are not forced to eat their packed lunch, but we do encourage them to consume a reasonable amount.  Please do not send your child to school with any of the following:

  • Hot liquid in thermos flasks
  • Pot meals requiring hot water
  • Glass containers
  • Fizzy drinks
  • Chocolate and/or confectionery

Children may bring in a snack and/or drink to consume during morning break.  Please provide fruit or a cereal bar. We regret that we are unable to accept yogurts at play-time, although these are fine for lunch.

Classes 1 & 2 are offered a piece of fruit daily.
