School Clubs

Breakfast Club

We offer a Breakfast Club from 8am to 8.40am daily.  Parents are welcome to drop their children off between 8am and 8.20am. A range of cereals, toast and fruit juices are on offer.  Children chat and play games together once they have finished eating. Breakfast club staff escort the children to their classrooms / 'Wake & Shake' at the start of school.  Children in our Pre-school may take part in the Breakfast club if they have an older sibling from school also attending.

After-School Childcare

Children from Reception through to Year 6 are able to attend.  The provision runs from 3.15-5.30pm during term-time only, excluding early closure and emergency closure days.  Please get a form from the office for each child you would like to attend, taking note of the terms and conditions on the reverse of the form.

*Superstars Sports clubs run throughout each term

 

New Sports Clubs, run by Superstars, start on Mondays and Thursdays from the first week back in September and will run throughout each term. KS2 will be doing Archery on Mondays and KS1 will be doing Multi-Skills on Thursdays. Each club is available to purchase on ParentPay on a first-come-first-served basis. Availability is limited and you will need to pay immediately to secure the place. When all spaces are filled the payment item will disappear from view.

 

The other clubs run for 10 weeks in Terms 1 and 2. Each club is available to purchase on ParentPay on a first-come-first-served basis. Availability is limited and you will need to pay immediately to secure the place. When all spaces are filled the payment item will disappear from view.

 

Both KS2 Netball Clubs (Tuesday Beginners and Thursday Intermediate) are run on a continuous membership basis with new members joining when spaces become available. If your child is interested in joining and you have not let us know before, please send an email to admin2@southmarstonprimary.co.uk and they will be placed on the waiting list. Parents of members are reminded by ParentPay that payment is due.

 

Some after school clubs will be available to children in Year R in the summer terms.

Terms and conditions will be advised with the appropriate ParentPay message.

 

If your child is eligible for Pupil Premium, please apply for a place in the required club prior to the deadline stated on the ParentPay message by calling into the school office or by email admin2@southmarstonprimary.co.uk
